About VinFloria
Vin /vɛ̃/ — French for wine. Floria — a world in bloom.
I came first as a floral designer — running my own studio — then as a wine educator and writer. Somewhere along the way, the two became inseparable.
From Northern California, where coastal fog rolls over the vineyards of Napa Valley, this is where my journey has found its home.
Over nearly two decades, I’ve traveled to so many wine regions — chasing harvests, visiting cellars, meeting winemakers, and joining tastings wherever there is wine worth discovering. Every journey has a culinary route. Every glass has a story. And all of it, I believe, is worth sharing with those who love wine as deeply as I do.
Rooted in my Korean heritage, I also love to show the history, culture, food, and traditions of Korea — through the eyes of someone who loves wine and flowers, and finds beauty in every culture worth celebrating. A YouTube wine channel in Korean runs alongside this blog — for those who feel wine most deeply in Korean.
